What we collect

To handle a Dubai ride card recharge request we use the name, contact channel (WhatsApp, phone or email), and the top-up amount you agree with us. If we need to route a payment to a specific card, we may ask for the last few digits — we do not need the full ride card number for the request itself.

Payment data

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor on their secure page. This site does not collect or store payment card numbers.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your request and agree an amount in writing.
  • To route the top-up to the correct ride card.
  • To send a written confirmation and handle any refund or question afterwards.

How long we keep it

The message thread and the reference tied to a Dubai ride card recharge are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting obligations, and then deleted on a rolling basis. We do not build a profile of your trips or balances.

Cookies and browser storage

One first-party flag is used to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. No analytics cookies, no third-party tracking, no advertising pixels are set. Local storage, session storage and IndexedDB are unused beyond that single flag.

Your choices

To ask what is held about a request, or to request deletion where allowed, email legal@dubairidecard.com with the reference from your confirmation.
