1. About the service
DubaiRideCard is an independent request desk operated by DubaiRideCard Services FZ-LLC in Dubai, UAE. It helps you plan a Dubai ride card recharge by taking a request, agreeing an amount in writing and routing the payment. We are not the card issuer and not a transport authority.
2. Your responsibility
You confirm that the ride card and amount you name are your own, or that you are permitted to top them up. Because a top-up routes value to the card you name, please double-check any digits you send us before approving the quote.
3. Payments
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor on a secure page they operate. The full total is agreed with you in writing before anything is charged. Amounts range from AED 20 to AED 500 per request and are locked once you approve the quote.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the refund policy. In short: cleared payments that were not loaded, duplicate charges, and payments routed to a wrong card reported within 14 days may be refunded.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for fraudulent payments or to top up cards you are not permitted to use. We may decline or reverse requests that appear abusive, and we may pause an account holder's future requests without notice.
6. Liability
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for delays caused by the payment network or banks, for interruptions to the underlying transit system, or for amounts routed to an incorrect ride card that you named in the request.
7. Changes to these terms
We may adjust these terms; the "last updated" date at the top will reflect that. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply to your next request.
